QuMark

Terms of Use

Updated October 26, 2026

Purpose of the App

QuMark edits still images, masks content and adds text watermarks on your device. It does not publish, host or provide social services for user content. You decide what to import, enter, export and publish to other platforms.

Content Rights and Lawful Use

Ensure that you have the necessary rights or permission for images, text and other materials, and comply with applicable laws. Do not use the app to infringe privacy, likeness, reputation or intellectual property, or create or distribute unlawful content. You are responsible under law for your inputs, edits and publications; the developer retains their own legal responsibilities.

Check Before Exporting

Automatic detection may miss or misidentify regions. Review each mask. Transparent areas, uncovered edges or other clues may reveal original information. A text watermark is only a label: it does not replace masking or guarantee protection against copying, cropping or removal. Check that the final exported image suits your purpose.

Purchases and Restoration

QuMark Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. The price shown by Apple at purchase applies. Purchases and refunds follow Apple's procedures and applicable law. Previous purchases can be restored. If a purchase is refunded or revoked, local content is kept, while new use of paid features and QuMark watermark removal depend on current entitlement.

Liability and Statutory Rights

Keep important original images and exported copies. Software may have defects or compatibility limitations; the developer remains responsible as required by law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or remove statutory consumer rights. An invalid provision does not affect the remaining lawful terms.

Contact and License

This app is provided by shenfei, an individual developer. Contact: ishenfei@gmail.com. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies to apps obtained through the App Store. Mandatory applicable law takes precedence over these usage terms.
